Vice President, Innovation & Advancement
Jennifer Wilkerson has been with NCCER for over 16 years where she is currently the Vice President of Innovation and Advancement. Her background includes teaching high school English and serving as the acting business manager at the welding and fabrication company she and her husband founded and owned.

Cathy Tyler
Director of Accreditation, Workforce Development & Customer Success
Cathy has served NCCER’s mission for 26 years and has led the implementation of influential partnerships such as Future Farmers of America (FFA), the Coalition on Adult Basic Education (COABE), Hiring our Heroes and numerous industry and educational programs nationwide. Cathy is a thought leader in workforce development solutions and has served on the board of the American Council for Construction Education (ACCE) and the Texas Industrial Vocational Association (TIVA). Cathy is passionate about comprehensive workforce development solutions and building cross-sector connections to advance industry objectives.
