Jennifer Wilkerson
NCCER Vice President, Innovation & Advancement
Jennifer Wilkerson has been with NCCER for over 16 years where she is currently the Vice President of Innovation and Advancement. Her background includes teaching high school English and serving as the acting business manager at the welding and fabrication company she and her husband founded and owned.

Anthony Gulino
ISC Workforce Development Manager
Anthony Gulino is a workforce development professional with 25 years of experience in the construction industry. As Workforce Development Manager at ISC Constructors, L.L.C., he oversees recruitment, training, and workforce development for more than 2,800 associates. Anthony is passionate about developing talent and creating career opportunities through education, mentorship, and skilled-trades training. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Louisiana State University and is NCCER Certified in Electrical and Instrumentation.
